THE HONEY
The Makino First Harvest UMF™ 15.4+ Mānuka Honey was carefully selected from just one hive and made by a colony of 60,000 honeybees. Due to the remote and rugged climate conditions at Makino, this honey has a greater concentration of special Mānuka compounds and higher levels of the unique bioactive properties associated with Mānuka honey, known to stabilize and support your wellbeing.

THE MUSIC

The composer has faithfully captured the sound of the land and its living creatures and created a musical experience that gives a sense of how the land sounds and feels. Each of these limited-edition tracks is distinct, so your track is a singularly unique sound experience of the peaceful oasis of Makino.

THE SCULPTURE

Oceanic and southeast Asian modernist language has been used to create an abstracted representation of both the volcanic plateau at the heart of New Zealand’s North Island and general Oceanic natural environment topography. A sculptural microcosm reminiscent of Taoist and Zen sculpture gardens, that when combined with audio art and taste, becomes an immersive ritualistic and meditative experience. An embodiment and expression of the symbiosis between the earth and humankind.
